Norwex Magnet Ball (No more hard water stains on dishes!)

After using the Norwex dish washing detergent and not being so impressed, I was a little hesitant to try the magnet ball. I then decided that I had nothing to lose because I could always return it, so I placed an order. I have used jet dry which ended up costing so much money I decided to stop and wash my dishes by hand. My next attempt was liquid detergent in the dishwasher which caused the same spotty dots on my dishes, and my last attempt was a liquid/powder pouch that worked okay, but still returned some cloudy dishes.  When I received the magnet ball, I placed it in the bottom rack of the dish washer, put some liquid detergent in, and ran a cycle through. I was amazed to find that I did not have even one spotty dish and my glasses sparkled and shined! I then tried the other forms of detergent with the magnet ball and found that they all returned similar results. I have included some additional information on the ball below. Enjoy!

Mediterranean Olive Oil Salt Scrub

This product is absolutely amazing. I use this scrub twice per week in conjunction with the body cloth and don’t need to use any moisturizers! The salt works great to exfoliate while the olive oil seeps into the skin and acts as a skin protectant and moisturizer in one. I had these bumps on the upper outside part of my legs and couldn’t get it to go away. As long as I am using the body cloth and Mediterranean Salt Scrub I have the smoothest legs I have ever felt.

Thank you & Kitchen Cloths

 

First off I would like to say thank you to anyone who has sent a comment in. I just saw several today that were from a while back so my apologies if you haven’t received a response.

Today I would like to touch on the Norwex Kitchen Cloths. I have been using them for a couple of months consistently and just the other day fell in love with them! I am constantly wiping the counters because there seems to be a little angel that leaves crumbs for me to pick-up. Typically I will have to rinse a regular rag 2-3 times before I am confident the surface is clean. The kitchen cloths are so absorbent I cleaned all of my counters without washing the rag even once and there was a lot of water/coffee sitting. Also, I don’t even need a scrubber because the embedded silver scrubs for me!

I used to change out my kitchen towel every other day because they start to put off a really disturbing odor. I decided to start using the kitchen cloths and I haven’t had to change it out for a week. I have two kitchen cloths so that means I don’t have to wash them for 2 weeks! Thanks for reading!

Norwex Body Pack

After I was told from my recruiter Amanda that she had only been using the Norwex body cloths in the shower instead of body wash and face wash I was intrigued. Then I started thinking about it and if most of the Norwex products are anti-bacterial and have the silver imbedded, so I suppose I can see how it would make sense to eliminate body wash and face wash.

I decided to give it a try for 30 days and not use any chemicals in the shower besides shampoo and conditioner. I also used Norwex Medditerranean Olive Oil Salt Scrub in conjunction with it 1-2 times per week and didn’t have to use lotion. After my first time using the body cloth I could not believe how clean and fresh I felt. It felt a little awkward but only because I was used to seeing the suds from body wash as an indication that I was clean.  After about two weeks, my skin was looking brighter than ever before so I decided to sell my $250.00 microdermabrasion kit for my 3 Norwex Cloths that cost $28.86 and last 500 washes. I have been using the body cloths ever since and the only time I have and will ever use body wash is if I receive it as a gift.

Norwex Basic Package

 

The Norwex Basic Package comes with an enviro cloth and a window cloth which are both anti-bacterial. Both of these cloths are very universal as you can use on almost anything. I have included some ideas, as well as care instructions for the cloths. Please see the bottom of the page for a link to the Norwex site.

Norwex Microfber Information, Care Instructions, and Suggest Use

 

Norwex Microfiber is 1/200^th the size of a human hair and can hold up to seven times its weight in matter. As you lightly wipe the surface, the microfibers attract and draw up even the smallest particles of dust, trapping them in the fibers. Microfiber care instructions.

To save the environment and reduce the use of detergents, we suggest that slightly

dirty cloths and mops be washed, with a little Norwex Dishwashing Liquid, under warm

running water and used again before laundering.

• Launder microfiber cloths with other lint-free laundry.

• Only use Norwex Ultra Power Plus Laundry Detergent or another

environmentally friendly detergent without fillers and bleach.

• Do not use bleach, fabric softener, or dryer sheets as these products reduce the

microfibers ability to clean effectively.

• Do not use on anti-glare coated surfaces.

Where to use:

Remove dust, dirt and

grease from all kitchen and

bathroom surfaces, walls,

floors, vehicles, upholstery,

How to use:

Use dry to attract dirt and

dust particles and wet to

wipe away dirt and debris

from all washable surfaces

using only water. Fold the

cloth to give you eight clean

sides to work with. Place

your whole hand on the

cloth and wipe with even

strokes.

 

Window Cloth (polishing)

Where to use:

Windows, mirrors,

bathroom, vanity units,

crystal, glass tables, granite

countertops, brushed and

stainless steel and chrome.

How to use:

Spray water on the glass

using the Norwex Spray

Bottle or wipe with a moist

Enviro Cloth to remove dirt

and debris. Fold the cloth

to give you sixteen sides

and start wiping. Continue

to unfold the cloth to new

sides to ensure you are

finishing the surface with

a clean side at all times.

For heavily soiled glass or

counters, clean first with

the Enviro Cloth and water,

then finish with a dry

Window Cloth.

Norwex Personal Care and Cleaning Introduction

Welcome to my blog about Norwex Personal Care and Cleaning Products. I am an Independent Sales Consultant for Norwex and am working on sharing the products with the world. In my blog you will find passion, education, and entertainment. I will be sharing some history of the company along with some fun experiences as well as some information on myself and how I got into Norwex.

Let me start by sharing the Norwex Mission Statement, “Improving the quality of life by radically reducing the amount of chemicals in personal care and household cleaners.” I own a cleaning company in good ole Minnesota and my first customer is the one who introduced me to Norwex. I immediately fell in love!

My mother lost her battle with cancer when I was a young girl at age 8 and at her young age of 35 . Since then I have become passionate in supporting foundations like Susan G Komen’s Race For The Cure. Just as important as finding a cure is finding the cause which I have recently become passionate about and is why I have been converting my whole household to all Norwex products and am working to share them with the world. There are more and more chemicals being introduced into our homes and little do we pay attention that bringing these chemicals into our homes increases our risk for disease and sickness.

Chemicals that we use in our homes create a residue that takes more than just a wet towel and swipe to clear. By using Norwex anti-bacterial products and water you not only have the peace of mind that your not using harmful chemicals, but the anti-bacterial cloths actually inhibit mold, and bacteria within the cloth over a 24 hour period and also leave non-residue surfaces throughout your home.

Norwex micro-fiber is special for three main reasons:

1. The fiber that is used in most stores is a nano-fiber, not actual micro-fiber.

2. Norwex micro-fiber is 1/200th of a human hair compared to the 1/100th of a human hair in the store brands.

3. The most important is the micro-silver imbedded in each of the anti-bacterial products. Silver interrupts a cell’s ability to form chemical bonds essential to its survival. Bacteria, viruses, and fungi need the bonds for their oxygen metabolism. The antibacterial agent is physically embedded inside the tiny microfibers.

There are other products such as the personal care and home essential products as well.  These products are amazing! I haven’t used body wash in over a month thanks to the body cloths. They act as an exfoliate and only require water. I have saved a lot of money and haven’t been putting harmful chemicals on my body which much to my surprise has actually cleared my skin up a bit! I have been using them along with the salt scrub which has olive oil in it and my skin has never felt so amazing.
